Regi is the most self driven person I have ever met! Kind, understanding, a real no pressure kind of guy. Regi and I worked together for 4 years! Yes, 4 years before I moved into my first home. He is the only realtor I will work with who has also turned into a good friend. He is very knowledgeable about homes thanks to previous employment opportunities he endured in his youth to support his family. If Regi tells you he is going to do something don't even hesitate your thoughts, consider it done. If there were more stars to give Reginald, I would. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. This was our first time buying a home so we had no idea what we we were doing. Reginald, from the beginning, explained what we should do daily. He gave us websites to keep our eyes on and told us he would do the same. He would send us homes all the time and ask if we were interested. When there was a house we wanted to see, he was ready to set up a visit. He was extremely thorough when he inspected the home. He would give us an idea of what problems he could see and a rough price range of how much it would cost. This was extremely helpful so that my husband and I could make the best decision for ourselves. There was one house I wanted and my husband didn’t, because it had some serious expensive problems. I told my husband how I felt like a horrible person always telling Reginald no. When I called Reginald, he explained to me that WE have to live in the house and he wants us both to be happy with our purchase. He told us that he didn’t want us to feel pressured to buy a home that we ultimately didn’t like. Thanks to him, we now live in our amazing home!
